1) Dave is the ultimate price negotiator. Saved us a lot of money.
2) They are both excellent at reading contracts. More importantly, they were firm when negotiating my contract in my favor.
3) They were patient with us until we found the right home.
Far too often realtors can just be door-openers. Some realtors provide little market insight, have little knowledge of the neighborhood, or school districts but not Dave and Chrissi. We were lucky to have them represent us in this transaction. Thank you both for your help.

By far the best real estate agents I’ve ever worked with. This adorable couple is top notch and a class act in every way! I met Christine and David through my daughter, Shannon who worked with this couple a few times. I’m going to be completely honest, at first I was hesitant because I thought they were young and I would be better off dealing with someone older who had more years of experience. Boy was I wrong and unfortunately I found that out the hard way. I was selling a home and my listing agent was an older gentleman, who is a family friend with over 30yrs experience in real estate. Simultaneously I was working with Christine & David for the purchase of my home in Jacksonville. I didn’t like how things were going with the selling of my home and started asking Christine for advice. Well don’t let the young, pretty face fool you this woman knows her business. She started talking algorithms etc., she stressed to me the importance of using a professional photographer when listing your house, she even rewrote my listing for me! I was embarrassed for the other agent when I asked him to update the description of my home in the MLS. After taking Christine’s suggestions my house sold within days. I wish I could give her the commission she deserves every bit of it, if it wasn’t for her my house would still be on the market. However Christine and David weren’t my listing agents because my property was in Fort Lauderdale but they will be if I ever decide to sell my property in Jacksonville. Christine and David really went the extra mile when it came to buying my home. We didn’t make it easy on them. My spouse and I were looking for a home in a certain price range and at the same time my mother was purchasing a home in a different price range with a totally different search criteria and we both wanted to be in the same area as each other. My mother and I are New Yorkers, we are opinionated and void of any filter. We are probably polar opposites of this sweet couple. Anyway they came through and found us exactly what we were looking for. They were present at the inspections, answered every question we had and if they didn’t know the answer they researched to get us the answers. They made themselves available every time we wanted to “measure something” Christine was running a day before she went into labor and didn’t miss a beat! She gave birth to baby, David, and was shooting me an email on the way to recovery (that’s how it seemed anyway) I mean really even being 9 months pregnant didn’t slow her down a bit. I can’t say enough about this couple. If you are selling your home do not hesitate to call them, (don’t do what I did) and use “an old family friend” or your “cousin Susie” this is your investment choose your agent wisely.

I would highly recommend Dave and Chrissi Herron to anyone looking to buy a home in the Jacksonville area. Over a 1 month period Dave showed my husband and I over 15 properties. He was very patient in our search and was happy to continue to show us homes even after getting discouraged. We ultimately decided to hire a builder to build a home for us in Ponte Vedra Beach (beach side not Nocatee) and this is where their expertise began to shine.
As a husband and wife team, they are some of the best price negotiators. Additionally, they’re particular in reading contracts and making sure the verbiage is in the favor of the buyer.
Dave was able to get the builder to give us incentives 2x more than what the builder offered us when we inquired. Additionally, Dave and Chrissi read through this builders 65 page contract and recommended we change several line items in their to protect us. They went back and forth with the builder until the contract was in our favor.
Had it not been for their real estate expertise we would have paid more money for this home and been stuck in a unfavorable contract. I am thankful we had Dave and Chrissi as our real estate agents.
